  • Eat what you love: Have a cheat day from your daily routine meal, and savor the food you relish the most. It is proved that the favorite food can help uplift the mood of a person suffering from anxiety.

  • Devote time for your hobbies: Devote time to your hobbies every day. These hobbies make you cherish and forget your anxiety. Do whatever you like to do the most, as it will reap innumerable moments of happiness for you.

  • Identify the cause of anxiety: Identify the root cause of anxiety in yourself and whatever that task may be, complete it asap. It will reduce the burden upon your mind and heart, thus lowering your anxiety.

  • Don't overthink: Overthinking is the main culprit of the cause of anxiety amongst youth and people. Overthinking can only lead to piling up of stress and leading to depression.
